REASON OF EXCHANGE
To avoid rejection of exchange of Jewellery items, please take note of the following valid reason for exchange requests:
- Jewellery item is damaged when received (with crack, discoloration, missing piece/s, dent, and scratch).
Returns may be rejected when the request is non-compliant with the policy. Please take note that the following are invalid reasons for return:
- The customer suddenly decides that they don’t want/need the jewellery item received (impulsive).
- Product is already used by the customer.
EXCHANGE PROCESS (FOR ONLINE PURCHASE)
To submit a Return Request, please send via Email email@example.com or Whatsapp +971 56 362 3635 the proof of purchase/invoice, reason for exchange and attached picture of jewellery.
- Once we received your request, you will be given a pre-approval or rejection notice provided with sufficient proof as per the policy.
- Once pre-approved, the item for exchange shall be shipped back to Bafleh Jewellery LLC Head Office for verification. Please note that shipping fee for exchanging of items and delivering it back shall be borne by the customer.
- Once the item has been verified at Bafleh Jewellery LLC Head Office, credit will automatically be applied in these 2 options that the customer preferred: 1) Bafleh account on our website, 2) directly to Customer’s credit card; and afterwards shall proceed with the selection of your new item.
- Same process will be applied on shipping the exchanged item.
