Pricing

Prices for products are stated on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices mentioned in AED / USD are for U.A.E market as well as for all international markets. However, the prices, products and services may change at the discretion of Bafleh.com. Unless otherwise stated, the prices do not include Local Taxes, International Taxes and shipment / courier charges.

Shipping

Ready to Ship products take about one to seven working days to leave our offices. The time indicated against made-to-order and pre-order products is the dispatch time calculated in working days which exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual shipping time varies with type (domestic or international) and location. We will try our best to get your products to you at the earliest. In case of international shipments, Custom Duties and/or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We take all essential measures to ensure a smooth delivery but custom clearance, if the need arises, is customer’s responsibility. Also, Bafleh takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Delivery

Bafleh will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your order. In cases when the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, Bafleh.com reserves the right to cancel the order at their discretion.

Duties and taxes

All of our Bafleh orders are shipped locally/internationally from our offices in Dubai, U.A.E to your provided shipping address via reputed logistic agencies. Due to the nature of international shipping, a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.

Exchanges and Refunds

You hereby consent, express and agree that you have read and fully understood the Refunds and Exchange Policy of Bafleh. You further consent that the terms and contents of such Policy is acceptable to You.

Cancellations by Us

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within 7 Working days.

Cancellations by You

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 hours from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Bafleh hereby disclaims any guarantees of the exact colour as displayed on our Website even though we make every effort to be as accurate as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final product will be completely accurate.

The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
